Information security policy
Toyo Bunko is committed to information security based on the following policies in order to protect its information assets, including various information related to its collection and research results and user information, from threats such as accidents, disasters and crimes, and to live up to the trust of society.
1. Toyo Bunko will make systematic and continuous efforts to improve and enhance information security under the leadership of the Information Security Committee.
2. Establishment of internal systems
Toyo Bunko will establish an organization to maintain and improve information security, and will establish information security measures as official internal regulations.
3. Efforts of employees
Toyo Bunko's employees shall acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security and ensure that they are committed to information security.
4. Compliance with laws, regulations, and contractual requirements
Toyo Bunko will comply with laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security, and will meet users' expectations.
5. Response to breaches and accidents
Toyo Bunko will take appropriate action in the event of violations of laws, regulations, norms, and contractual requirements related to information security, as well as in the event of an accident, to prevent recurrence.
