Material Reservation Form

Appointments should be made online via this reservation form.
Please fill in the necessary information below and make an appointment by 15:00 at least two business days before you plan to visit Toyo Bunko.
Each person can request up to 5 items of Rare Books (with up to 25 volumes / or folding cases for Japanese and Chinese classics) per day.

The Library Staff will confirm by e-mail whether your request for an appointment has been approved.
