Announcement of Leadership Change at Chairman of the Board of Toyo Bunko

Toyo Bunko Foundation is pleased to announce that, effective June 17, 2025, Mr. Shun’ichi Miyanaga , Director, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) , has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board of Toyo Bunko.
This appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Nobuo Kuroyanagi, who has served as Chairman of the Board of Toyo Bunko with dedication and distinction since June, 2021.
