Management

Major decisions concerning the management of Toyo Bunko are made by its Council and Board of Directors. Daily operations are conducted by a total staff of over 100 employees, including research fellows, librarians and clerical assistants, under the supervision of the Committee of Department Heads, consisting of the Chairman, Managing Director, Executive Librarian and Heads of Departments.
